What counts as a “video”?
A video is one uploaded item processed into transcript, chapters, and index. Rewatching doesn’t consume “videos”.
Unlimited users (fair use)
You can invite as many users as you need. Limits are enforced via concurrency and usage caps so performance stays predictable.
Concurrent active users
“Active” means watching, searching, or chatting within a short window — not just having an account.
AI chats / day
A chat is a user question + answer generation with citations. If you need more, upgrade or ask for a custom cap.
